The RE-1 Valley Foundation Business Scholarship was established in January 2012. This scholarship was created with a donation from the Bank of The West in Sterling, CO.  Continued donations from Logan County businesses help to support this scholarship.

The recipient of this scholarship will be awarded $500.00.  This scholarship is available to all RE-1 Valley School District Students who will be majoring in business. Funds will be released at $250.00 per semester for the first year of college, and will be sent directly to the college in which the recipient will be attending.

1. Must be an RE-1 Valley School District student in good standing.
2. Must have a 3.0 GPA or better.
3. Must be enrolling in a Business major.
4. Applicant must be from low to moderate income that requires financial assistance. Must have a family income under 50K per year for a family of 4.  Selected applicant will be required to provide proof of financial need prior to the release of Scholarship funds.
5. Applicant must include a letter of recommendation from a Logan County Business Owner or your High School FBLA Teacher.
